Refund policy

At Light Your World we take pride in crafting high-quality candles and room sprays that are designed to bring warmth and 

ambiance to your space. We strive to ensure that each candle is in perfect condition when it leaves our facility. However, if you receive a damaged candle, we are here to assist you. 

Refund Eligbility:

Refunds will only be considered in the event that a candle is received in a damaged condition. Visible defects, such as broken glass containers or significant damage to the candle's structure, are eligible for a refund.

Conditions to Refund:

1- Please notify us within 7 days of receiving the damaged candle. Send us a clear photograph of the damaged item, along with your order number and contact information.

2- Our team will review the provided information and assess the damage to confirm its eligibility for a refund.

3- If the damage is confirmed, we will issue a refund to the original payment method use3d for the purchase.

Exclusions From Refund:

1- Normal wear and tear resulting from regular use or display is not eligible for refund

2- Slight variations in color, scent, or appearance that are inherent to handcrafted candles do not qualify for a refund.

Return Process:

1- Keep the damaged candle and its packaging intact.

2- Contact our customer service team at sales@lightyourworldcandles.com to initiate the return process.

3- Upon confirmation of the return, you will be provided with instructions on how to safely return the damaged item to us.

4- Once we receive the damaged candle and verify its condition, we will proceed with the refund process

Non-Refundable Situations

- Candles that have been used, altered, or damaged due to improper handling or accident are not eligible for a refund. 

- Changes of mind, dislike of scent, or dissatisfaction with product appearance ar not considered valid reasons for a refund.
